BMS are very proud to announce that BMS founding director Steve Wright has been nominated to the role of Microsoft SBSC UK Partner Area Lead (PAL). When he was informed of the nomination Steve Wright said: "I am absolutely thrilled to have been chosen by Microsoft for the role of SBSC UK Partner Area Lead. The role provides a conduit for Microsoft partners to feed back information to Microsoft around the SBSC program as well as wider issues. It also provides a mechanism for Microsoft to impart information in a timely manner by pushing it out via our blog, twitter updates and face to face meetings at partner user groups. I am looking forward to working more closely with Microsoft over the next 12 months. My first quarterly meeting is at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference being held in New Orleans, USA in July 2009 and I'm very keen to get started so we can make a difference" Microsoft PALs are small-business experts selected by Microsoft based on their successful community-engagement activities. PALs possess considerable knowledge about technology, business, and market opportunities. And, through online entities such as blogs, forums, and user groups, they collect partner feedback to help Microsoft improve its support of the small-business partner community. |
