You don’t need to pay StarDock a fee of $19.95 for their program to run animated wallpaper! Just go to Microsoft.com and download dreamscene.exe for FREE and run it. You can use videos in a .WMV or .MPG format. These .Dream formats are a deliberate attempt of Stardock attempting to milk more money out of people for a program that is FREE.
